Comments: Unless you are really good at this kind of random luck based achievement "Perfection" is going to be one of the great controller throwing moments of your life.

Comments: Most of the achievements are actuall pretty easy to earn. A couple are more difficult and getting to the last level without dying can be very frustrating and time consuming. It took me about 2 straight hours of playing before I finally got lucky and made it. If you are skilled, lucky, or very dedicated, you could probably finish off the game in 2-6 hours.

Comments: The one challenging achievement is the Perfection achievement in which you have to make it to the fifth level without dying. I was able to get one of the top 100 scores in the world mostly by flying northeast the entire time. There are not typical boundaries like most arcade games. Just fly northeast at all times, looping in circles when the enemies behind you are closing in. 180/200 is easy and 200/200 is hard. At the time of this comment about 800 gamers (2%) have all 200 gamerscore.
