Comments: There are 5 levels that you will need to play through many many times. Levels 1-4 are about 8 minutes long but level 5 is 30 minutes long and there are no checkpoints. Twice I died around 29 minutes into the level so yeah it can be frustrating. Total time to get all the achievements was about 20 hours. At first it is hard to tell which rockets/enemies can hit you and I have died without even knowing I had been hit. The hardest task in the game is to shoot down more than 95% of enemies on level 5. There is no way to know your percentage until beating the level so it can be frustrating playing for half an hour only to see yet another 92% mark. Fortunately there is a video of someone getting 100% so watch that for tips. At the time of this comment about 1300 people (2%) have all 200 gamerscore.
