Reason:

1250 points is attainable as long as you haven't gotten any of the DLC achievements until after you finish the all original achievements. The reason being is the game was designed to read only the last 50 achievements and the DLC puts it over the limit. So it won't read what you have done at the beginning of the game when you get the DLC achievements. So if you have a mix of single and multiplayer achievements and have all the DLC achievements done, if you try to go back to finish the game, you won't be able to get the last achievement for completing everything in single player.

Affected Achievement: Single Player Master
Worth: 50 Points

You can get this achievement by avoiding all DLC achievements and MP achievements as much as possible and getting all the Single Player achievements first or as soon as possible.

UbiSoft has made a semi-official statement that it will not be putting out a patch or title update to fix this issue.

Game Title: NBA LIVE 06
Exception Percent: 96
Reason:

The server for this EA title has been shutdown on September 1, 2007 according to a news release by EA. There will be no future plans to re-open the server and it will be impossible to obtain any online achievements for this game. There is only one achievement that is affected by the server shutdown.

Affected Achievement: Online Win.
Worth: 40 points.

There is currently no way to get this achievement nor is there any foreseeable way to get this achievement in the future. Please check out this news release for more information.

Game Title: Spyglass Board Games
Exception Percent: 97
Reason:

This game has a possible bug with one of the achievements for online play. According to one of the programmers the bug has to do with obtaining the "Play 5" achievement and only happens if you get kicked off/quit early during your fifth online game.

Affected Achievement: Play 5.
Worth: 5 points.

The achievement only is bugged if you or your opponent quits early on your fifth online game. Currently there is a plan to fix this bug however since the bug is not a critical bug it may be in the works for quite sometime. The issue has been known and a fix has been in the works since May 2008, I however received an update from the programmer assigned this issue on August 2008 to this tone "I've not had any spare time recently to do work on the update (the fix for the achievement is in, but a couple of others need doing and it needs a lot of testing, which requires a *lot* of free time). All that's before it has to go through the official release paths and they depend on what projects are regarded as most critical (with the festive release season coming up, it's likely to be regarded as somewhat non critical)."

It looks as if the achievement has been fixed however it now must be tested and approved through the proper paths. So a fix could be coming soon or be several more months away.

You can still get the achievement if you are not dropped/quit early from your fifth online game so it is greatly recommended to play with someone you know on your fifth game! To learn more and see the postings go here.

Game Title: Need for Speed™ Carbon
Exception Percent: 99
Reason:

This game as a glitched achievement that has no work-a-round. According to countless forums (360V, X360A, A360P, and the EA forums) the "Urban Battle" achievement is glitched with no patch in sight or expected.

Affected Achievement: Urban Battle.
Worth: 10 points.

According to MGC at the time of this writing (1/17/2009) there are 92 gamers that have the 990/1000 and only 11 that have the full 1000.

Game ID: 430
Game Title: Catan
Exception Percent: 100
Reason:

A solution has been both discovered and CONFIRMED by several people that I know. If you delete the game and re-download it from XBL the achievements will now unlock. With that being said the exception has been raised from 90 percent to 100 percent.

OLD ISSUE:

This game as multiple glitched achievements that has some unconfirmed work-a-rounds. According to countless forums (360V, X360A, and a few others) there have been several achievements glitch for some people.

Affected Achievement: Multiple.
Worth: 20 points or 10 points.

There is one solution that seems to work for multiple people to unlock all glitched achievements. The posting can be found here. It requires a second 360 or a friends 360.

Game Title: LOTR, BFME II
Exception Percent: 92
Reason:

I am not going to say this achievement is glitched but this game has one achievement that has an issue. There is an issue with the ranking system in this game.

Affected Achievement: The Hobbit and the Troll.
Worth: 50 points.

It seems that the lowest rank in this game one can obtain is 10,001. This means if 50,000 players ranked in the leaderboard the remaining 39,999 players are all ranked at 10,001. One would have to find someone ranked at or above 9,981 since the game only recognizes you at 10,001 and not your true rank (which could be 50,000+). This means you are not really beating someone 20 ranks above you it means you are beating someone 40,000 or more ranks above you.
