Currently, inorder to rate a game you must have 100% of the game finished.

Please leave a comment on My Blog. Please state that you want to add a game to the exception list, what the game's title is, the reason the game should be on the exception list, and the name's of the achievements that can't be obtained (if known). Thanks!
